Last week Julianne, Shiloh, and I took a trip to the zoo with some friends of ours. We had a really good time with all five children (four of which were under the age of two). About halfway through the zoo I found myself telling Julianne for what seemed like the hundredth time to sit down in the stroller (yes, I know she should have been buckled in, but when she's continually getting in and out to see animals, I gave up buckling her in). To make a long story short, Julianne fell out of the stroller backwards and hit the back of her head on the concrete walkway. It was a very scary experience (for both of us)! Julianne, of course, cried at first, but then seemed fine, but I just kept thinking of the worst case scenario, so eventually I called her doctor's office. The nurse told me what to look out for if she did have a concussion and also told me that I would need to wake her up every 2-4 hours that night. Needless to say, it was kind of a long night, but I am happy to say that she is completely fine. The goose egg that she had went down by the next morning and there is still just a little scab from where it broke the skin. I am so thankful for God's protection and the way He takes care of our little girl.

Is this a scary picture or what? I don't know if I should be more concerned that she just sustained a head injury or that her feet can't reach the pedals
