Over Memorial weekend we had the opportunity to visit family in St. Louis. Other than automobile issues and Stephen getting sick we had a great time. We mainly just hung around and visited with family and friends. Julianne and I got to go to the Original Pancake House on Saturday where Julianne thoroughly enjoyed her pancakes (she loves anything with the word "cake" in it) and coffee. Yes, that's right, she had a grand old time putting her fork, spoon, and butter knife into her Great Uncle Steve's cool coffee. I'm not sure she liked the taste as much as she liked the idea of what she was doing. Cousin Peter also taught her to fist bump, which she also took great pleasure in. Since we hadn't been back to St. Louis since Christmas Julianne was talking a lot more and told everyone she loved them, repeated names over and over, and said many other things that no one really understood. She ate up all the attention and loved playing with everyone.
