As many of you know, last Friday, July 10, was Cow Appreciation Day at Chick-fil-A. We are quite the fans of Chick-fil-A. So much that Julianne now calls every fast food restaurant or really any restaurant for that matter "Bee Yay" (Chick-fil-A). Anyway, last Friday if you dressed up like a cow you got a free meal. Being the wonderful mother that I am, I dressed Julianne up like a cow, so I didn't have to, in order to get us a free meal. I figure that this is one of the many perks of motherhood. I stuck some paper spots onto a dress and a hat and called it a cow costume. I'm a bit partial, but I thought she was the cutest little cow I'd ever seen. We enjoyed our free meal very much! Thanks Chick-fil-A!

On Saturday, as part of my birthday present, Stephen took Julianne and I to Cincinnati to visit IKEA and another outlet store I'd been wanting to go to. It was a beautiful drive and we had so much fun wandering IKEA for almost three hours. The highlight of the store for Julianne was the bed section. She had to try out any bed that she could climb up on. She would lay down and pull up the covers and say "Ni-ni"(night night). Needless to say we did alot of fixing of beds after she was done with them. We got to eat the Swedish meatball dinner in their cafe and fully enjoyed it. Yum! As we were nearing the check out, Julianne kept saying "See IKEA, See IKEA". I'm not sure what she really thought "IKEA" was but she still talks about it, even days later. We had a great day spending time as a family!

A mad cow - she did not want to wear the hat

A slightly happier cow after mommy un-did the straps to the hat

A little cow and a big cow

Unsure, but nevertheless posing with the cows- she liked the smaller cow better- less intimidating I guess
