This past weekend we went to Indianapolis to attend Julianne's Aunt Laura's graduation. Aunt Laura is now Dr. Aunt Laura. Yea! We are so excited for and proud of her as she finished pharmacy school. Although Julianne wanted to attend the graduation ceremony we thought she might not be the quietest little girl so we left her with my mom, aunt, uncle, and cousins. My mom then brought her to the graduation party after the ceremony. That night we had a hot dog roast at my aunt and uncle's home. It was a lot of fun and Julianne enjoyed getting to spend time with everyone. During the weekend we also got to meet Jackson, my mom's new dog. He is adorable and Abby loved getting to play with him. She still is recovering from the playful weekend! On Mother's Day Julianne gave me the best present I could've wished for. She gave me the gift of sleep. She actually slept until 7:30 a.m. This may not seem very late, but compared to her normal wake up time of 6:00-6:30a.m. this felt like a real treat. She also gave me (with the help of her wonderful daddy) a book that I've been wanting and a very sweet card. I feel so blessed to have such a sweet and healthy little girl and am thankful that I can be her mommy. Here are pictures from the weekend.
